“Wonderful hotel in a great place”Me and one of my friend was on a 4 day trip to Dehradun. We are confuse about our stay then one of my friend suggest me this hotel. The building of hotel is nice and attractive. The room size is also lager for stay of 2 peoples. The food and other facilities is as per price. The hotel is near the bus and train station so you can reach their easily. The hotel is good for the nature lover because you can the sight view of the mountains form it.

Hi recently I visit 2 hotel utsav I can not believe k I want tell k it wais very very bad and poor experience in this hotel I will not come back in hotel again because room r dirty food was not good and services was worst I have never have worst experience like this in any other hotel I my life

During my visit to Dehradun I have stayed in this Hotel. I was so surprised why I have took a decision to stay in this hotel. It is a terrible place to stay. It is a kind of Lodge with very limited services and amenities. Food was pathetic and also the cleanliness was very bad. The staff should get more training to accommodate the guests. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It is not the hotel its lodge. Smell in the room bed sheets not washed spot on bed sheets. Please dont call it hotel. Staff untrained tv not working, reception didnt attend the call at once. Its very disappointing

Sometimes i wonder if Trip Advisor ratings can be believed ? This hotel is a perfect example of that. Its rated #1 in Trip advisor and i have full coDD and booked one of the filthiest hotel i have stayed in. The bed sheet was dirty and the pillows smelly. Was awake the whole night just to avoid sleeping on the bed. The curtains had patches as if someone had spited on them. The towels provided had red spots on them and on asking for a change was given a replacement without any red spots but equally dirty. The paints on the wall were peeling off all over the room. How can someone rate this at 5star ? I have rated this 1 star. That 1 star for the location and the Govinda movie that was playing on the TV. nothing else was good. Take my word for this, spend a few hundred more and select a better hotel in DD. Avoid this place.
